What nourishes us

Catherine Kluger, founder of Tous les Jours

My name is Catherine Kluger. I've been a cook since 2009, and I created Tous les Jours.

We were told we had to choose: what tastes good, or what nourishes. I never accepted that split.

Functional nutrition won the battle for efficiency and lost the one for pleasure. We swallow powders, we count grams, we take breakfast the way we take medicine. It lasts three weeks.

A supplement, you give up. A breakfast you love, you buy again.

What I've been doing for ten years

I was an intellectual property lawyer. I gave it all up for tarts in 2009, training with Nicolas Bernardé, Meilleur Ouvrier de France pâtissier. I've written some ten cookbooks.

In 2016, I created SuperNature. I launched it at La Grande Épicerie du Bon Marché, coming in myself for weeks to hand out tastings. It ended up in 1,500 stores.

I'm not starting from scratch. I'm carrying on.

Tous les Jours is not a granola brand

It's an everyday brand, and Granola is only the first stone.

There will be savoury, to sprinkle over a soup or hummus. Bars to take anywhere. Sachets to make a nourishing breakfast in a few minutes. And above all a unique blend, thirty-six fermented fruits and vegetables and eight B vitamins, developed for us by a French laboratory.

I'm not saying when yet, but you'll know before anyone else.

One common thread links them all: almond protein, obtained by simple mechanical pressing below 42 °C. Nothing is extracted, nothing is added. It's what allows us to be a source of protein and high in fibre without ever looking like a gym product, and it works for sweet and savoury alike.

Four rules for every recipe

  • Taste first. It's the only reason people come back.
  • Nutrition you can stand behind. Backed by the nutrition table, not by talk.
  • Ready to eat. No preparation, no mental load.
  • No compromise. The product on the shelf is the one I make at home.

For now, and for later

One box is seven bowls. Seven mornings. One week. What counts in a diet isn't what you eat once, it's what you eat every day.

At any age, each in your own way, no rules and no guilt.

What we won't do

We won't promise that our products will heal you, transform you or fix you. We talk about what's in the box or the sachet.

We won't use countdowns, dwindling stock or any reason to rush you. Breakfast is not an emergency.

We won't sell a recipe I don't make at home.

And we won't tell you it's good for you if it doesn't simply taste good.

My experience with hotels and restaurants

Over the years, notably with SuperNature, my granolas and bars found their place at La Grande Épicerie du Bon Marché and Naturalia, as well as in hotels and restaurants.

Among these past references: Hôtel Régencia, Brach and Evok Collection, Accor, Groupe Barrière, Lily of the Valley, Hôtel Madame Rêve and the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris.

These references reflect my experience before Tous les Jours was created. Today I continue this work with Tous les Jours, my new brand created in 2026.

If you prefer voice to text, I've been invited to talk about cooking, changing careers and what really nourishes us (in French).

You'll see, you'll want it every day, Tous les Jours!
