Cancellation policy

This policy applies to the Tous les Jours subscription, “My daily dose”.

No commitment

The subscription has no minimum term. You can change, pause or cancel it at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason.

How to cancel

From your customer account, under Subscriptions, in one click. You can also write to us at bonjour@tljparis.com and we'll take care of it for you.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation applies to all upcoming deliveries. For it to apply to your next delivery, cancel before the renewal date shown in your account. A delivery already renewed and paid for at the time of cancellation will be shipped as normal.

Deliveries already paid for

For a delivery already paid for, your right of withdrawal and our return and refund terms apply, as set out in our terms of sale and our refund policy.
