Refund policy

This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Fourteen days to change your mind

You have fourteen days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving any reason or paying any penalty.

One exception: opened boxes

This right applies to all products whose packaging has not been opened. An unsealed box cannot be taken back, for reasons of hygiene and food safety, in accordance with Article L221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code. An intact box is taken back, no questions asked.

How to proceed

Write to us at bonjour@tljparis.com or call +33 6 24 04 23 05, giving your order number. We'll confirm the return address.

Send the products back without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing us. Return costs are at your expense.

Your refund

We refund the full amount paid, including the original delivery costs, no later than fourteen days after receiving the products back, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Defective or non-conforming product

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In this case, return costs are at our expense.
