Terms of sale

This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

These terms govern sales made on this website between TOUS LES JOURS PARIS and any consumer. They apply from 25 September 2026.

1. The seller

TOUS LES JOURS PARIS, simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of €30,000, Paris Trade Register 106 446 230, registered office 106 avenue Victor Hugo, 75016 Paris, France. EU VAT number FR55106446230. Contact: bonjour@tljparis.com, +33 6 24 04 23 05.

2. The products

We sell prepacked foods, from organic farming and made in France. Each product page shows the name of the food, the full ingredient list with allergens highlighted, nutritional values per 100 g, net weight and storage conditions, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. This information can be viewed before any purchase.

Photographs are as accurate as possible but are not a contractual commitment as to the exact appearance of the product delivered. Serving suggestions are not part of the product.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including VAT at the rate applicable to foodstuffs. They exclude delivery costs, which are shown separately before the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed.

4. Ordering

You select your products, check your cart, enter your details and choose your delivery and payment method. The order is only final once payment is confirmed, which you do by clicking the button marked as an order with obligation to pay. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order that appears abnormal, in particular in the event of a previous payment dispute or a quantity clearly intended for resale.

5. Payment

Payment is made online, in full, using the methods offered at checkout. Card details are transmitted directly to our payment provider using a secure protocol and are never stored by us.

6. Delivery

We deliver to mainland France within 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. Delivery costs €7.99, free from €39.

We also deliver to the European Union (€15) and to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and New Zealand (€25). Costs are calculated automatically in the cart, before payment. Outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees are payable by the recipient.

Details are set out in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.

In case of delay, you may ask us to deliver within a reasonable additional period and, failing that, cancel the sale and be refunded within fourteen days, in accordance with Articles L216-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you take physical possession of the parcel.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have fourteen days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason or bearing any penalty.

One exception, and only one. Under Article L221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code, this right cannot be exercised for products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. An opened box is therefore not taken back. An intact box is.

To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement, by email to bonjour@tljparis.com, by phone on +33 6 24 04 23 05, or using the form below. Send the products back without undue delay and no later than fourteen days, return costs remaining at your expense. We refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than fourteen days after receiving the products back, using the same payment method.
