Looking for a granola for your hotel or guesthouse breakfast? Tous les Jours offers three organic granola recipes made in France: Honey, Chocolate and Almond. The range was created by Catherine Kluger, cook and founder of the brand.
Fibre from breakfast onwards
All three Tous les Jours granolas are high in fibre. A 50 g bowl provides 3.4 g of fibre for Honey, 3.7 g for Almond and 3.8 g for Chocolate, according to the nutritional values on the product pages. Wholegrain oats, seeds and nuts are part of every recipe.
At the buffet or à la carte, pair the granola with yoghurt and seasonal fruit. For a plant-based bowl, choose the Almond Granola and a plant-based yoghurt. The fibre amounts above are for the granola alone.
A granola for the buffet and plated service
Serve Tous les Jours Granola with yoghurt, fromage blanc, compote or fruit. Its crunch also works for a plated breakfast or brunch bowl. All three recipes are a source of protein and high in fibre; the Almond recipe is vegan.
The three Tous les Jours recipes
- Honey Granola: wildflower honey, cashews and cardamom.
- Chocolate Granola: dark chocolate and chips added after baking.
- Almond Granola: almond, maple syrup, toasted buckwheat and vanilla.
