Almond Granola
Almond in three forms, maple syrup, toasted buckwheat and vanilla.
High in fibre: 3.7 g per 50 g bowl. Wholegrain oats, seeds and nuts to make room for fibre from breakfast onwards. Enjoy with yoghurt and seasonal fruit.
My Granola is taste first. The texture, the crunch, the flavour, so you always want to sprinkle it over yoghurt, fromage blanc, compote or fruit, or nibble it straight from your hand.
The almond comes whole, as toasted whole almond butter and as protein: 16.6% in total. Maple syrup replaces honey: it's the only vegan recipe in the range, and it has no added salt.
Raw ingredients, no additives, no artificial flavourings, no palm oil, simply mixed and baked in the oven. Nothing else. Made in France, certified organic by Ecocert.
One 50 g bowl has more protein than an egg. One box is 7 breakfasts.
The only vegan recipe in the range.

How I eat it
On yoghurt, with fruit or compote, for breakfast, as an afternoon snack, for dessert, or straight from the bag. A snip of the scissors, and above all close the bag tightly after you: it's the best way to keep all its crunch. The box prefers a cool, dry spot.
Who makes it
I'm Catherine Kluger, a cook since 2009, founder of SuperNature and now of Tous les Jours. This Granola is organic, certified by Ecocert FR-BIO-01, and made in France. It is a source of protein and high in fibre: a 50 g bowl provides more than 7 g of protein, while a medium egg provides about 6.3 g. A 350 g box holds seven bowls, a whole week of breakfasts.
