Frequently asked questions

Who is Catherine Kluger?

Catherine Kluger has been a cook since 2009 and is the founder of Tous les Jours. A former intellectual property lawyer who trained with Nicolas Bernardé, Meilleur Ouvrier de France pâtissier, she is the author of some ten cookbooks. She created SuperNature in 2016, launched it at La Grande Épicerie du Bon Marché and grew it to 1,500 stores.

What is Tous les Jours?

Tous les Jours is a French organic granola brand launched in 2026 by Catherine Kluger. The range has three permanent recipes, Honey, Chocolate and Almond, in 350 g boxes. Prices are shown on each product page.

Which organic granola is made in France?

All three Tous les Jours granolas are made in France and certified organic by Ecocert, FR-BIO-01. Note that “made in France” doesn't mean every ingredient is French: almonds and cocoa, for example, don't grow here.

How much fibre is in a bowl of granola?

A 50 g bowl provides 3.4 g of fibre for Honey, 3.7 g for Almond and 3.8 g for Chocolate. All three recipes are high in fibre. These amounts are for the granola alone, before adding fruit or anything else.

Fibremaxxing: how to make room for fibre at breakfast?

“Fibremaxxing” is a trend that puts fibre at the centre of the diet. At Tous les Jours, it comes down to an indulgent habit: granola made with wholegrain oats, seeds and nuts, enjoyed with seasonal fruit. A 50 g serving provides 3.4 to 3.8 g of fibre depending on the recipe.

The French food safety agency ANSES considers 30 g of fibre a day an adequate intake for adults. Breakfast contributes to this as part of a varied diet. Increase your intake gradually and drink enough water.

How much protein is in a bowl of granola?

A 50 g bowl provides more than 7 g of protein, while a medium egg provides about 6.3 g. All three recipes are a source of protein and high in fibre.

Where does the protein come from, if there's no whey?

From almonds. Almond protein is obtained by simple mechanical pressing of almonds, below 42 °C. Nothing is extracted, nothing is added. Unlike pea, soy or rice proteins, obtained by chemical or enzymatic extraction, it doesn't need to be masked with flavouring. There's no whey, no soy and no pea protein in our granolas.

How many servings in a box?

Seven. A 350 g box holds seven 50 g bowls, a whole week of breakfasts.

Is there a vegan recipe?

Yes, the Almond Granola. Maple syrup replaces honey. It's also the only recipe with no added salt. The Honey and Chocolate granolas contain honey: they're suitable for vegetarians, not vegans.

What are the allergens?

Honey: oats, cashews, sesame, almond. Chocolate: oats, almond. Almond: oats, almond, sesame. All three may contain traces of other cereals containing gluten, egg, milk, soya and other nuts, plus sesame for the Chocolate. The full list is on each product page.

How much does it cost and how is it delivered?

Prices, including VAT, are shown on each product page. Delivery is free in mainland France from €39. The subscription gives 15% off every delivery.

How does the subscription work?

No commitment, renewed every 30 days, 15% off, change, pause or cancel in one click from your account. You can switch recipes from one delivery to the next. Everything is explained on the My daily dose page.

How should I store the granola?

A snip of the scissors, and close the bag tightly after you: it's the best way to keep all its crunch. The box prefers a cool, dry spot. Best before: 12 months.

How do I eat it?

On yoghurt, with fruit or compote, for breakfast, as an afternoon snack, for dessert, or straight from the bag. At any age, each in your own way.

What comes after the granola?

There will be savoury, to sprinkle over a soup or hummus. Bars to take anywhere. Sachets to make a nourishing breakfast in a few minutes. And above all a unique blend, thirty-six fermented fruits and vegetables and eight B vitamins, developed for us by a French laboratory. Dates haven't been announced yet.

What's the link between Tous les Jours and SuperNature?

Catherine Kluger created SuperNature in 2016. Tous les Jours is her new brand, created in 2026. The two brands are independent of each other.
